With the use of technology, the internet and social media so prevalent today, it is important that we all know how to be safe while using these as part of our daily lives.

The computer skills tutor at Inspired covers digital literacy by using interactive and engaging teaching methods. Participants who chose to attend these sessions have the opportunity to learn about the potential dangers of the technology and internet, how to use them safely and how to ask for help, when needed.
