Employment

At Inspired, we support participants to achieve their career aspirations.

In 2024, Inspired received funding through the WorkAbility: Inclusive Pathways to Employment Programme. This programme is co-financed by the European Union and the Department of Social Protection (DSP) and funds local, regional and national projects who provide progressive pathways into employment (including self-employment) through education, training, skills development, and in-work supports for people with disabilities based on their needs, their abilities and their potential.

Participants at Inspired are supported to identify and work towards their career goals. Our Careers Coordinator and Job Coaches support participants towards employment through a process of career exploration, career preparation and work experience with onsite and offsite job coaching.
