Transition Program

Inspired Transition Programme (ITP) was developed for teenagers with intellectual disabilities aged 15 and over. ITP is funded through Inspired to facilitate development of a seamless transition, from school programs to post-school adulthood and further education.

Inspired aim to ensure that students with ID are taking the necessary action to fully prepare themselves for a meaningful life after post-school. Admission to transition programmes is centralised though school participation. For further information contact:

Talk About The Future

We help students increase their self-awareness as they explore their strengths, limitations, and abilities through a host of various extracurricular activities.  The transition programme is about developing an appreciation for lifelong learning as well as students learning about themselves.
