E2E (Education 2 Employment) Program

e2e is a programme that supports young adults with ID, aged 18 – 29, who can and want to work, and access meaningful training and employment.

The goal for each program learner is competitive paid employment and it is tailored towards individual capabilities and skills. To reach that goal, the program provides real-life work experience combined with goals, training in employability and independent-living skills to help young people with ID to make successful, seamless transitions to productive adult life and permanent part-time employment.
